9 Best Co-Working Spaces in Cebu where You Can Work in Peace

Knowing that the Queen City of the South is really becoming a hub for freelancers, startups, virtual assistants, digital nomads, location-independent entrepreneurs, it has also become really important for a lot of individuals to find a place place to work with their laptops.

I’m happy that Cebu is offering more and more coworking places where one can work at peace and be productive. 5-7 years ago, Cebu didn’t have much options in terms of doing online tasks in public places. Especially for someone like me who brings a laptop in order to work efficiently.

Top Coworking Places in Cebu for Digital Nomads and Freelancers

Working online in coffee shops just doesn’t work for me. The environment may be alright, but sometimes there’s too much traffic footfall and chatter that it’s hard to concentrate well. Not to mention you have to order food (another added expense) just to spend a few hours before I feel conscious and purchase another item on the menu to keep going.

I prefer keeping the food secondary and prioritize the actual space to set up my laptop, work and then write. Anyway, I have compiled a list of co-working spaces in Cebu for your reference.

As a blogger and freelancer, it’s really important for me to have work done in the minimal amount of time possible. Coworking spaces are really the best options (aside from the public library)

Important Factors to Consider

  • Fast and reliable internet connection
  • Ergonomic seats
  • Electrical Outlets
  • Clean Space

I am still scouting for more places. I’ll write about them in time. I hope this list will give you a better idea which places are good and if you have a place to recommend, do share them in the Comments Section below. Let’s all help each other with providing more information to help fellow freelancers and online workers!

Note: The COVID-19 pandemic has really changed our set-up these days. It is important that we continue to stay safe and avoid going to crowds. We recommend right now to just invest in your internet connection at the safety of your own home. Please be safe everyone!
