1. IS MY 3 YEARS OLD FREE OF CHARGE?
Ticket rates for children are based on height. Children below 34 inches (2.8 feet) can enter the park for free and ride a limited number of rides (height-restricted and with an adult/guardian). Junior tickets are available for children 35-55 inches tall (2.9-4.5 feet), and can be purchased directly at the ticket counter.
2. DOES ANJO WORLD HAVE PWD OR SENIOR CITIZEN DISCOUNT?
Yes, we offer discounts to PWD and Senior Citizens. They will need to present a valid ID upon purchasing tickets. Although, some of the rides may not be appropriate for them.
3. CAN MY 2-YEAR-OLD CHILD ENTER THE SNOW WORLD?
Children who are three years old or older can enter Snow World. Those below the age of three are not allowed inside. For safety reasons, we also do not allow guests with medical conditions such as hypertension, asthma, pneumonia, colds, fever, flu, heart problems, and pregnant women to enter Snow World.
4. DOES ANJO WORLD HAVE PARKING AT ANJO WOLRD? HOW MUCH IS THE FEE?
Note that we have a limited number of parking spaces available in Belmont One and they are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
5. DOES ANJO WORLD OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR GROUPS AND STUDENTS?
Company and school field trips are eligible for group discounts. Group discounts are for Company (family day, team building, bulk orders, and other events) and School tours (educational field trips). You may contact us at marketing@anjoworld.com
6. CAN I LEAVE THE PARK AND GO BACK AGAIN?
If you have been stamped by our staff at the exit and still have your pop tag attached to your wrist, then yes, you may re-enter. Please note that tickets are only valid for the day of purchase (if bought at the gate) and first use.
7. WILL ANJO WORLD YOU OPEN ON A RAINY DAY?
We generally open during rainy days but will close under extreme weather conditions for the safety of our guests. You can find announcements on our website and social media accounts. Most outdoor rides are unavailable when it rains for safety reasons.
8. HOW WILL WE KNOW IF A RIDE OR ATTRACTION IS UNDER MAINTENANCE?
For the safety of everyone, all rides that are currently under maintenance will be identified at the entrance. The Park may discontinue any ride’s operation if necessary due to weather or other conditions.
9. WHAT ARE “RIDE RESTRICTIONS” AND HOW DO I KNOW WHAT RIDES ARE APPROPRIATE FOR MY KIDS?
The park’s rides and attractions have several restrictions. Every ride is accompanied by a set of instructions and requirements that must be followed. Before each ride, signs with the minimum and maximum height restrictions are visible. Some activities need a companion or an adult to accompany children, as stated on the safety signage. Each person in the party is responsible for deciding whether or not he/she and his/her companions can safely participate in the ride. Please contact our Guest Relations Office near the main entrance Area for additional information.
10. DOES ANJO WORLD ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
Yes, we take all major credit and debit cards, except American Express.
11. DOES ANJO WORLD PROVIDE LOCKERS OR BAGGAGE COUNTERS WHERE WE CAN LEAVE OUT THINGS?
We have a limited number of lockers near the main entrance that guests can rent. Guests are reminded to keep their belongings safe while inside the park, as Anjo World is not responsible for any loss or damage to them.
12. CAN WE BRING OUR PET/s WITH US INSIDE THE PARK?
Pets are not permitted inside the park.
13. CAN WE BRING IN FOOD AND DRINKS TO THE PARK?
Outside foods and beverages are not permitted inside the park, except for infant food and/or drinks. Inside the park, Food Kiosks and Caffe Colosseo are available.
