Requirements for Availing of the Maternity Package

1. Payment

  • For Normal Delivery – P16,529.35 must be paid in 32 weeks (AOG).
  • For Caesarian Section – At least P40,000 must be paid 32 weeks (AOG).

2. Blood Donation (Blood Bank)

  • Shall comply on or before 32 weeks

3. Prenatal Visits (OPD)

  • At least 5 times before delivery

4. Breast Feeding/Mother’s Class (Conference Room)

  • Attendance is a must before delivery (Please secure schedule at OPD)

5. A negative RT-PCR test result within 7 days of the due date

  • The patient should present a negative rtPCR test result for COVID-19 within 7 days before her due date.
