Requirements to Avail the Maternity Package
There are certain requirements for those who would like to avail of the Maternity Package. These are the following requirements:
- 32 weeks of gestational age are accepted.
- Laboratory results and ultrasounds from previous prenatal. If no previous laboratories, they only accept up to 28 weeks of gestational age.
- One valid ID for the patient and one valid ID of the partner.
- 2000Php for the enrollment fee.
- A donation of 1 unit of blood is required before giving birth.
- A negative result of the RT-PCR test is required starting 37 weeks AOG and during admission (5 days result in validity).
