Visit the Find a Doctor page or download the HPD app to check doctor availability at your nearest branch. Please note that schedules are subject to change without notice, they recommend calling the branch for confirmation.
2. Are your clinics affiliated with PhilHealth?
Sorry, their facility is currently not PhilHealth accredited.
3. How can I view my results online?
You can find your results from the comfort of your home by logging into our Patient Portal. Your default username is your Patient ID (PID), and your password is initially your surname in all capital letters. After you log in for the first time, though, feel free to change these credentials to whatever you’d like.
4. How long does it usually take to get results back from a test?
Depending on the test, many only take four hours or less. Paps, biopsies, and cultures can take a bit longer because they’re completed by hand. Also, some more specialized tests will require additional time – your physician will let you know if this is the case for any of your diagnostics..
5. My doctor ordered some blood tests. Can I eat or drink before the test?
Depending on the kind of blood test done, you may have to fast (not eating, drinking ANYTHING including water, gum chewing, etc.) Check with your physician or ask our laboratory personnel if you are unsure.
6. What will happen to my sample once I have provided it?
Every sample is labeled with the name, date of birth, and another unique identifier before being sent to the laboratory through a courier. They are then checked for things like proper patient identification and type/volume of sample by technicians or technologists who have had specific training for that test type. After everything has been completed, results are electronically sent to both the physician’s and patient’s portals.
7. Is it okay if I take my medications before taking blood tests?
Unless your doctor tells you otherwise, please take your medication as prescribed.
8. Can I access my imaging test results and images online??
The images of all imaging tests will be uploaded online, but as of now, you can only view the X-Ray test results. You must go to the branch to see ultrasounds, ECGs, and 2D Echo results.
9. Can we use our Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) card for the services we’re requesting?
Most of our branch locations are HMO accredited for walk-ins. If you would like to be approved before visiting a branch, please go to the HMO Approval page on their website. To utilize their home service, please call our hotline at 8741-7777 and press “2” to find out which accredited HMOs they can serve.
10. How to book a Home Service appointment? When is the earliest schedule?
