These guidelines are based on ACE Medical Center’s Facebook page and are subject to change. You must follow these guidelines when applying for the Maternity Package at ACE Medical Center.
- The patient should be 24 weeks pregnant or less.
- Patients eligible for the package should secure 1500.00 for the enrollment fee. The enrollee must present a valid ID together with a photocopy of said ID.
- Schedule for a prenatal check-up.
- The first visit schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM and the succeeding prenatal schedule will depend upon the OB Junior Consultant on duty.
- Patients are required to attend the Mother’s and Breastfeeding classes.
– Social Service staff will inform your virtual class schedule.
– Attendance is a Must
– Failure to attend the Mother’s Class Session will merit disqualification.
- Prenatal check-ups and deliveries will be managed by the OB Junior Consultant on duty.
- The room accommodation in the OB Ward is located on the 5th floor of the hospital. Patients are not allowed to:
– Choose/transfer to any regular private room or higher.
– Choose their Obstetrician.
- Please note that the patient is entitled to 3 days stay for normal delivery and 5 days for a Cesarean section. Hospitalizations beyond the entitlement shall be charged to the patient.
- The maternity package excludes all prenatal laboratories or procedures, in-patient laboratories or procedures, and NICU and ER fees.
- Additional charges incurred due to complications during delivery shall be charged accordingly.
- Baby’s bill is excluded from the package. (Patient should prepare 10,000 – 20,000 for the partial payment of the baby.)
- The maternity package is covered with Philhealth benefits and has already been deducted from the price.
- You cannot charge your maternity package to your Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) benefit. Cash Basis.
- For safety protocols, only 1 person with negative COVID RT-PCR results is allowed to stay with the patient throughout her hospitalization.
- Upon completion of the required maternity package fee, patients should go back to the Social Worker and submit their official receipt to claim a compliance slip for admission.
- Upon admission, the patient must have completed the required partial payment.

REQUIREMENTS FOR MATERNITY PACKAGE
- The Patient must be a Philhealth Member/ Dependent. If not, she must apply or secure a PhilHealth membership before admission. If not, the PhilHealth portion will be charged to the patient.
- Upon enrollment, the patient must give a partial payment of 1,500.00. The payment is considered non-refundable except under certain circumstances wherein the hospital will recommend the patient’s transfer to another institution. In this event, the patient can avail of a 50% refund of the total amount deposited.
- At least 5 Prenatal check-ups before delivery.
- Mothers and Breastfeeding classes (VIRTUAL). Must be complied with prior to delivery.
- The patient is required to donate one unit of blood. (any type)
- Negative RT-PCR results for COVID-19.
Please note that Failure to comply with the requirements will result in the forfeiture of the Maternity Package Eligibility.
